Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed 3-4 weekdays following order placement. 

For orders shipped within the United States, please plan for an additional 4-6 USPS business days for delivery. Please note that shipping delays may occur due to impacts outside the Center's control, such as high mail volume or inclement weather. 

The Marine Mammal Center is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.  If you are missing a package that was marked as delivered, please contact your local post office.
